Think of your dashboard as the home base for your most important work. Your dashboard enables you to pin docs, links, important apps, and Qatalog items for quick access and on-demand activity updates.
You can connect three types of work items to your dashboard:
- Native work items: Qatalog entities like people, teams, projects, and goals. When adding these entities to your dashboard you will have quick access to these work items and you will be able to see key updates to these items on your dashboard.
- Connected apps: These entail the tools we integrate with at the moment (see full list here). When connecting to an entity from our list of connected apps, you will have quick access to these work items and you will be able to see key updates to these items on your dashboard.
- External links: You can add any link onto your dashboard. An example would be a Notion document or an Ally goal. These links will provide quick access to your work items, but you will not be able to see any updates that happen on these entities.
