In order for Qatalog to be able to access data in your Google Workspace, we’ll need you to sign in using your Google credentials, and depending on your organization’s Workspace settings, also add Qatalog to your allowlist or whitelist.

Please note that you will need to have access to a Google Workspace Administrator to do this. You can do that by following these simple steps:

  • As a Google Workspace Administrator, login to your organization’s Google Workspace Console

  • On the left side menu, go to Security > Access and data controls > API controls > Manage 3rd Party Apps

  • Click Add App > OAuth App Name or Client ID

  • Here are the Client ID’s for the relevant Google service you'd like to whitelist:

        Google Drive
        1035553218391-iarck0av55q8njm5m61u1ba69lckv9d6.apps.googleusercontent.com

        Google Mail
        204708692235-j7tlis46ijv3i8md1v7l2ousn9p72ndj.apps.googleusercontent.com

        Google BigQuery
        847335266261-srfoeutj4qjtsrlouj1mbcjahdrv6c11.apps.googleusercontent.com
  • Follow the onscreen instructions, and ensure you select “Trusted” in the second to last step in the flow.

Doing this process will allow Qatalog to access data through the apps in your Google Workspace. We do so with data live, and do not store or index any of our data on our systems. Learn more about Qatalog's security practices here.
