What will happen to my Goals?
We’ve made the very difficult decision to retire our Goals product. Qatalog 2.0 allows full customization of your workspace and in our testing, we discovered that the ability to create a bespoke module to track progress was a much better fit. As a result, there are no plans to carry Goals as you know it into Qatalog 2.0. Fear not though, you have the option to export your existing goals into a .CSV or Google Sheet so your goal history is always available. Will I lose my Projects or Teams?
No. We will be upgrading Projects and Teams to Qatalog 2.0, so your existing Projects and Teams will be available in your new workspace.
How can I access the new Modules?
Workspace administrators can access Modules via their workspace settings panel. To learn more about creating and accessing Modules, you can check our Module customization guide.
When will I be migrated to Qatalog 2.0?
We will be rolling out Qatalog 2.0 gradually during the next month to all customers based on the number of people in their workspace (including guests). Keep an eye out on your Qatalog for when that’s live.

Will I lose any data currently in my Qatalog?
As part of the migration we will be getting rid of Goals, refer to “What will happen to my Goals?” for more information. During the migration you will also see a “reset” of your activity feed, so old activity won’t show up after the migration is completed, you will only see new activity.
Where will my Posts go?
We are merging Posts into Threads, so you will be able to post announcements, updates, and have conversations all in one place. Your existing Posts can be found under Threads now. Contact support (support@qatalog.com) to see how this will affect you.

What if I’m currently on trial?
